EUnet Contribution to the RIPE NCC

I too concur with Daniel's recommendation that the RIPE NCC Contributors
consider favorably accepting Glenn's proposal regarding the EUnet contribution.
It is no secret that Daniel, Glenn, Rob and I spent long hours together trying
to come to an agreement that would be fair for all contributors.

I hope that you agree that we can now consider this matter closed and that the
NCC can proceed with its original plans to recruit a second additional staff
member to ensure that its workload is reduced to a proper level and to allow
it the resources to develop the funding model that it has committed itself
to producing for the coming year.
