Dear colleagues, The GM takes place four weeks from today on 18 November 2015. The draft agenda is available at: https://www.ripe.net/participate/meetings/gm/meetings/november-2015/agenda-general-meeting-november-2015 The supporting documents for the GM are also published and they include the Draft RIPE NCC Activity Plan and Budget 2016: https://www.ripe.net/participate/meetings/gm/meetings/november-2015/supporting-documents We ask that you read the documents and provide feedback on the Members Discuss mailing list <members-discuss at ripe.net>. The Executive Board will take note of all feedback and discussions regarding the Draft Activity Plan and Budget before publishing a final version in December 2015: Members will vote on two resolutions at the GM: - The General Meeting approves the redistribution of the excess contribution paid in 2015 by redistributing the RIPE NCC 2015 surplus to the membership in 2016. - The General Meeting approves the RIPE NCC Conflict Arbitration Procedure. I ask all members to register to vote on these important resolutions. Electronic voting is provided so that all members can vote even if they will not attend the GM in person. All information on the GM is available at: https://www.ripe.net/participate/meetings/gm/meetings/november-2015 You can register for the GM, and for voting on the resolutions, via the GM Preferences section in the LIR Portal: https://www.ripe.net/s/gm-registration-nov-2015 Kind regards, Axel Pawlik Managing Director RIPE NCC
