Hi Alex, That is exactly it. We have seen a fair amount of discussion regarding the pricing model changes, and the overall budget yet zero discussion regarding any candidate for election. I'm glad to see that several people outside of the incumbents are applying for positions on the board, thank you for sending that link. However, there is still a huge deficit in participation overall both for candidates and nominations. 41~ out of 20,000+ members have made their voice heard in regards to the candidates. It's obvious these individuals are campaigning directly and privately to LIR holders whom they know on a personal level to receive these nominations which is fine in its self, but does nothing to foster involvement from the wider membership base. I have not nominated or supported a candidate yet as I have not seen anything come across in the way of an individual who has even shown interest in such, however I hope that fostering a discussion such as this may allow potential candidates to bring themselves to light and receive nominations from the greater community just as the pricing discussions have engaged a lot of people.
