[members-discuss] R: Feedback Requested: RIPE NCC Broker List

I would say RIPE NCC should become the broker for its members.

It's quite clear that most ipv4 transfers are sales, nobody would give 
back a valuable resource.

Why not make it easy, simple and transparent?   List the block for sale 
via RIPE, see all listings and prices,  buy it via RIPE.
