Acceptable approach. Keeping the NCC in the loop by referencing 
nic-hdl: GII-RIPE, as Tore pointed out, can help in striking 
the balance between the to be reported connectivity problems 
and outages occasionaly experienced thanks to the anchor SW upgrades.
