[Atlas-anchors-pilot] Lightweight Anchors?

Hi,

how's the current planning state of the "lightweight anchors", as in
"buy hardware that does what an *Atlas anchor* needs to do" instead of
"buy hardware to run all of the RIPE NCC services on"...?

As the TTM network is falling more and more apart, we'd like to see some
progress here.
