All of the above goes for us as well. The only reason we bought the 
expensive server was the hope that we'd eventually get other services on 
it as well. We made a loss last year, because it was an unbudgeted 
expense and now I have some more explaining to do to the board.

If someone bought the expensive machine off our hands, we might be able 
to replace it with the cheaper model.
