[Apwg-ipv6-papi] [pdo] policy proposal done?

Hello,

please find attached your policy proposal after the error check.

There is a little adjustment with Comms time estimation for the full 
edit - it's now estimated to be done until Thursday noon this week. I 
still expect the announcement will be possible next week Monday, latest 
Tuesday.

Please let me know if you would not like the full edit anymore.
