I guess not (while not laughing but with a sad tired smile)

Please note that "can spam compliant" just indicates that (if true)
the newsletter fulfills some legal formalia in the US but says nothing
if the mailing is spam or not, opt-in or not, not even in the USA -
and certainly not in Europe. (
