Only at a very high level.  It, like various other proposals, suffers
from the huge packets problem (places with a lot of outgoing mailhosts
need to generate a huge response when queried) and the DNS upgrade
problem (for it to become near-universal, new DNS support - meaning, in
most cases, new DNS software - needs to be rolled out nearly
everywhere, something which has an approximately zero chance of
happening on a timescale of less than years).
