The only difference the end user will notice will be the graphic download
and the delay

Downloading graphics is UNACCEPTABLE.

To put it modestly. Why should anyone be forced to look at graphics?
Since decades plaintext does the job of communication extremely well.
What relevance or use would anyone expect of graphics for the blind?
Or would the New Protocol include a feature to shake keyboards?

Go back to the drawing board, and do not bother to propose any more "solutions" which have anything to do with graphics. See you in a
few years.
