As a side note to relays.osirusoft.com (which contains various
zones), ISPs can now block all known spam outfits using the zone:

  spamhaus.relays.osirusoft.com

spamhaus.relays.osirusoft.com is the Spamhaus Block List ("SBL")
which only lists known spam outfits from the ROKSO database
(http://www.spamhaus.org/rokso) which has a strict criteria for
listing (and backs every listing with a mountain of evidence), and
spam service sites from the Spamhaus Project database.

Because the zone only contains known spamhausen there should be few
if any 'false positives' at all (save for where spamhausen such as
Steve Powell's Cyber WebCom or the Empire Towers gang are themselves
selling hosting in their blocks). As with Spamhaus, My intention is
to keep the SBL focused on verified spam outfits only and therefore
usable by IPS without the worry of false positives and I'm looking to
make arrangements with other DNS BL hosts to mirror the SBL zone so
as to not overload osirusoft.com.
