It costs money to deal with abuse complains, that is true. But to save some of this Virgin could do : - reduce spam and fishing from virgin addresses - effectivly hunt down and cut off abusing customer. As regards to cost of running an abusedesk; thats part of the business. If virgin want to save money, then they should sell the Internet activities and start ( coillecting stamps ?) Running any form of business requires responsibility. An functioning abusedesk is one function of an Internet provider.
