I like this more than the previous one, but still some questions remain: - what about the AW for existing LIRs? Will it be auto-raised to /21 as well? - what about the AW size *after* the initial raise? Can it be reduced to less than a /21 - and if yes, under which conditions, and at what time will it grow back?
