You can make improvements to the slides up to a week before the meeting. However, the more complete and informative the draft slides are at the moment of your application, the higher the chances of getting your application approved.

Please let us know if you need one or more visas for the country of the RIPE NCC organised meeting or any transit countries. In that case, we will need more information from you, and it will take longer to arrange all the travel details: please keep that in mind, and please help us to help you.
