Enclosed please find the relevant excerpt from the TERENA 1994 Financial
report. The full report will be provided at the meeting in some sample
copies for your inspection, since it is in its complete form available only
on paper. TERENA Financial report was audited by the official auditors and
was accepted by the TERENA General Assembly in its May 1995 meeting.

RIPE NCC is financially operated as an separate cost center within the
TERENA financial administration.
