1. Welcome and Agenda

All members of the RIPE NCC Executive Board (the Board) were present. The Chairman of the Board opened the meeting at 15:00 and welcomed everyone.

2. Invasion in Ukraine

The Board discussed how the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine will affect the RIPE NCC and its staff. This included how to ensure the safety of staff members during the conflict.

The Board also considered the impact of possible sanctions resulting from the invasion. They resolved to meet once the sanctions were issued in order to discuss their implementation.

3. Closing

The Chairman closed the meeting at 16:30.
