Ticketing System Outage


Our ticketing system is currently unavailable. We are working on restoring services as quickly as possible and exploring the cause for the failure. We have temporarily blocked access to the 'Tickets' section in the LIR Portal while we work on the issue.

Please note that any tickets submitted after 11:29 UTC on Wednesday, 9 September will need to be resent once our services are restored. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Update (9 September, 14:00 UTC): If you submitted a ticket after 11:29 UTC on Wednesday, 9 September and received an email confirmation with a ticket number, then you do not need to take any further action. If you did not receive confirmation, you'll still need to resend the ticket once normal service is restored.
