Users Unable to Log in to RIPE NCC Access-Enabled Services
Between 13:31 and 13:59 (UTC) on Friday, 11 July 2014, the RIPE NCC Access login webpage was unavailable due to a load-balancing misconfiguration. During this period, users were unable to log in to RIPE NCC Access-enabled services or change their passwords. The issue was resolved at 13:59 (UTC). We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
