Outdated Invoices Sent to Russian Members

On Tuesday, 9 June 2020 at 00:00 (UTC), we sent 25,000 outdated invoices to current and former members in Russia. The incident occurred during the Cyrillic translation of some billing documents and was caused by a cleanup in the translation code.

RIPE NCC Access (SSO) Planned Downtime 

Due to maintenance work, RIPE NCC Access will be offline from 17:00 and 19:00 (UTC+2) on Thursday, 4 June 2020.

LIR Portal Planned Downtime

Due to maintenance work, the LIR Portal and other related services will be unavailable or not fully functional on Wednesday, 3 June 2020, between 17:00 and 18:00 (UTC+2).

DNSSEC Validation Failures for RIPE NCC Zones

On Thursday, 21 May 2020 at 18:50 (UTC), our DNSSEC signer rolled the Zone Signing Keys (ZSKs) of all the zones we operate. Unfortunately, a bug in the signer caused it to withdraw the old ZSKs soon after the new keys began signing the zones.

LIR Portal Planned Downtime

Due to maintenance work, the LIR Portal will be unavailable on 6 April 2020 between 17:00 and 19:00.

rsync RPKI Repository Downtime

Our rsync RPKI Repository appeared as down.

Accidental ROA Deletion

Yesterday around 18:17 (UTC+2) we deleted a number of our members' RPKI Route Origin Announcements (ROAs). We believe this was caused by a software update. We are currently investigating.

LIR Portal Planned Downtime

Due to maintenance work, the LIR Portal will be unavailable on 1 April 2020 between 17:00 and 19:00.

LIR Portal Maintenance

We set LIR portal to maintenance mode between 15:00-15:30 today

RPKI Deployment Issue

Yesterday at approximately 12:00 local time (UTC+1), an RPKI deployment went live. The release caused the publishing of RPKI objects to be out of order, causing some RP software face this drop in VRPs. Some routers could not handle this drop in VRPs and misbehaved. Issue resolved today 15:00.
