Temporary Interruption to Billing Information in LIR Portal

We will be upgrading our finance software between 22 August 19:00 (UTC+2) and 23 August at 07:00 (UTC+2). Invoices and other billing information may not be visible in LIR Portal during this time.

Network Outage Affecting Multiple Services
ASO Website Unavailable

From around 09:45-12:10 (UTC+2) on 4 August 2020, the ASO website (aso.icann.org) was unavailable. This included web access to the ASO mailing lists, though the mailing lists themselves were unaffected. This appears to have been caused by two wordpress plugins - once these were disabled, the issue was resolved.

RIPEstat Returning Incorrect Data

Starting at around 11:57 (UTC+2), at least one API endpoint (prefix-overview) began reporting incorrect data. We are currently investigating the issue.

RRDP Outages

The RPKI Repository Delta Protocol (RRDP) experienced issues on 28 July 2020 between 09:40 and 10.50 (UTC).

Registry Update Wizards and Resource Requests Unavailable in LIR Portal

Registry Update Wizards and Resource Requests will be unavailable in the LIR Portal on Wednesday, 17 June 2020, between 16:00-17:00 (UTC).

Intermittent Empty Replies to Tickets

No content visible in RIPE NCC replies to certain tickets

Outdated Invoices Sent to Russian Members

On Tuesday, 9 June 2020 at 00:00 (UTC), we sent 25,000 outdated invoices to current and former members in Russia. The incident occurred during the Cyrillic translation of some billing documents and was caused by a cleanup in the translation code.

RIPE NCC Access (SSO) Planned Downtime 

Due to maintenance work, RIPE NCC Access will be offline from 17:00 and 19:00 (UTC+2) on Thursday, 4 June 2020.

LIR Portal Planned Downtime

Due to maintenance work, the LIR Portal and other related services will be unavailable or not fully functional on Wednesday, 3 June 2020, between 17:00 and 18:00 (UTC+2).
