Archived: RIPEstat Data API and UI Outages

From 10:00-12:30 UTC on 12 April there were intermittent outages that affected the RIPEstat data API and user interface.

Planned LIR Portal and Contact Form Downtime

We will be continuing with the upgrade of our document management system on Wednesday 10 April. The LIR Portal and the contact form on ripe.net will be unavailable from 16:00 to 22:00 (UTC).

Document Submission System Offline

We are experiencing downtime with our document submission system. Users are unable to upload documents to the RIPE NCC.

NRTM Disrupted Connectivity

The NRTM service was unavailable from 09:20 to 09:48 UTC on 17 March 2019.

LIR Portal, RIPE Database & RIPE NCC Access Services Unavailable Due to Scheduled Maintenance
RIPE Database Full Text Search Temporarily Unavailable

Following earlier RIPE Database downtime issues, the RIPE Database Full Text search feature is currently unavailable.

RIPE Database Downtime

On 22 February from 07:10 to 07:30 (UTC), RIPE Database went down. This is the second downtime in two days. We're still investigating underlying cause.

RIPEstat Service Interruption

On 14 February, RIPEstat was unavailable on port 443 from 08:28 to 08:36 (UTC) and on port 80 from 08:28 to 09:10 (UTC).

NRTM Intermittent Connectivity

There were NRTM connection issues between approximately 02:58 UTC and 04:32 UTC on Sunday 10th February. This has now been resolved. Whois database queries and updates were not affected.
