Resolved: Access Delays to RIPE Labs and Other Services

Starting at approximately 9:00 (UTC) on Saturday, 7 February 2015, RIPE Labs experienced intermittent access delays. Further internal investigation reported that RIPEstat was the only other service affected.

The issue was stabilised at approximately 15:00 and all services returned to normal functioning.
