Network Outage across RIPE NCC Services

On 14 September at approximately 11:05, we experienced a network outage across several of our services.

As of approximately 11:40, most services have returned to normal, although we are still seeing some issues. 

Our teams are working to solve the issue and we will provide updates as soon as we know more.

Many apologies for any inconvenience caused.

UPDATE (12:03 UTC+2): The main issue started at approximately 11:05 and stopped at 11:40 when we rebooted one of the core switches at the Equinix AM5 datacenter. We are still investigating what exactly caused this and will report back with more details at a later time.

RIPE Atlas is currently still unavailable. We are working to restore normal service.
