LIR Portal Offline

As of 08:30 local time (UTC+1) on 12 November, we started experiencing an interruption to normal service mainly affecting the LIR Portal. The issue is ongoing and also appears to be affecting our ticketing system. 

We are working to resolve the problem and will update this announcement once we have more information.  

UPDATE: The interruption lasted until approximately 09:30 local time (UTC+1).

Please note that requests sent via the LIR Portal during this period may not have reached us. We can confirm that emails sent during the interruption have since been received.
