Issues with RIPE NCC Services

We are experiencing issues with our services since approximately 0800 UTC. Services are being restored and we will update this announcement when we have recovered them.

UPDATE: 14:00 UTC A network outage caused most of our services to experience varying levels of downtime between 08:00 and 13:00. We are investigating the causes and will update this announcement.

UPDATE: At approx 8:09 UTC on 21 January, a scan carried out by our new vulnerability scanner caused issues for our core network switches. This resulted in a partial outage of our network. The network problems where solved an hour later and after this most of our services recovered. This behaviour was unexpected and we have a ticket open with our vendor to investigate the reasons this happened and ensure it does not occur again.
