Issues in the LIR Portal

Starting at 16:20 (UTC+1) on 9 December 2021, there have been issues in the LIR Portal affecting users who are SSO contacts of multiple LIRs:
- A few users were unable to switch to another LIR account
- The cookie banner was reappearing after being closed

These issues were caused by a security update involving the platform's cookies.

We put a fix in place on Monday, 13 December 2021 at 16:14 (UTC+1) but it did not cover all cases. We are working to resolve this.

Update (Mon, 20 December 2021, 11:11 UTC+1): We have now resolved these issues. If you are still experiencing problems, please restart your browser.
