Issue with Billing Services in LIR Portal

Starting at 16:00 (UTC) on Thursday, 17 January, the billing pages in the LIR Portal were unavailable for some users. This was resolved at 11:00 (UTC) on Friday 18 January.

The cause was a recent change related to the authorisation logic when accessing invoice links.
