IPv6 Connectivity Issues for Multiple Services

On 12 September 2017 at 9:30 UTC, we rolled out a faulty configuration to
some of the RIPE NCC's server groups, which resulted in the removal of IPv6 support from the affected servers. The error was corrected at 9:50 UTC, but full
recovery of all affected services took until approximately 10:30
UTC. All servers and services remained reachable and functioning over
IPv4 during this time.

The following services had impaired IPv6 connectivity during this incident:

- K-root
- Reverse DNS provisioning (DOMAIN object updates in RIPEDB)
- RIPE Atlas anchors and DNSMON
- RIS data collection

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
