Intermittent Issues Affecting LIR Portal

Starting at 16:49 (UTC+1) on 2 November 2021, there have been intermittent issues affecting the My Resources and IP Analyser APIs in the LIR Portal. Some users may receive an error when they try to use these APIs. We are investigating.

Update (Tue, 9 November, 11:00 UTC+1): These issues remain ongoing. We are working to resolve this. 

Update (Tue, 9 November, 15:45 UTC+1): We have now resolved these issues. We solved the problem by optimising the application configuration to handle the increased query load.
