Intermittent backend problems with RIPEstat, RIPE Atlas and DNSMON

We are currently experiencing intermittent problems with our back end storage systems behind RIPEstat, RIPE Atlas and DNSMON. You may experience problems when retrieving information from these services. There is no impact on data collection for these services or on any of the other RIPE NCC services.

We are investigating the problem but we have not determined the root cause of the problems yet.

The root cause of the problem has not been identified yet and we continue to investigate. We have implemented countermeasures to mitigate the impact on the services for end-users.

We have identified the root cause of the issues, which was in a change to the front-end code interacting with the backend systems. The error has been rectified and all services are working normally.
