Interesting.  The page works if the Netscape location line reads:

    http://www.ripe.net/ripencc/mem-services/ttm/Plots/

but not if it reads:

    http://www.ripe.net/ripencc/mem-services/ttm/Plots

(= without the trailing /).  I'll ask our operators to sort this out.
