This is typically a 15 minute job for somebody > slightly familiar with PC hardware. I've meanwhile received the chips, tested this on one test-box and this seems to solve a number of the problems we experienced earlier. We will therefore increase the memory on all the test-boxes of the series A production. Installing the memory is very simple, typically a 15 minutes job for somebody capable of operating a screwdriver. Instructions can be found at: http://www.ripe.net/ripencc/mem-services/ttm/Host_testbox/memory.html There are 2 options to distribute the new chips: 1. By Skynet. 2. In person. If you (or one of your colleagues) will be attending RIPE-36 next week and can carry the chips back home, please let me know and I'll bring one for you. Option 2 is faster, cheaper (for us) but involves carrying a small box (roughly the size of a packet of cigarettes) across the Hungarian border. Please have someone fix? Thanks for pointing this out. It appears to be a problem with the configuration of the webserver, as all the files are physically present on the disk, but the links are somehow translated incorrectly. I have our operations people sort this out. In the meantime, you can access the plots with these URL's: Delay from ttXX to ttYY: http://www.ripe.net/ripencc/mem-services/ttm/Plots/ttXX/ZZZ.ttXX.ttYY.gif XX = sending testbox YY = receiving testbox ZZZ = day, week or month Satellite conditions on test-box XX http://www.ripe.net/ripencc/mem-services/ttm/Plots/ttXX/satellites.ttXX.html ^^ ^^ Sorry for any inconvenience, Henk ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Henk Uijterwaal Email: henk.uijterwaal at ripe.net RIPE Network Coordination Centre WWW: http://www.ripe.net/home/henk Singel 258 Phone: +31.20.535-4414, Fax -4445 1016 AB Amsterdam Home: +31.20.4195305 The Netherlands Mobile: +31.6.55861746 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ A man can take a train and never reach his destination.
