Manual for test-box installation

One of the hosts of the new series of test-boxes asked if we have an
installation manual for the test-boxes.  

We do not have a separate manual, however installation of the box as well
as day-to-day operations are described in RIPE-168. This document is
available in several formats from our web-site:

Section 3 describes the installation of the test-box, section 4 day-to-day
operations of the box. 

If you have any questions left after reading the document, please do not
