If the IANA-endorsed IAHC recommendations are
followed, wouldn't the U.S. Government have to
transfer the .COM TLD to the country of COMOROS ?

If you recall, one of the reasons that .PER was not
selected by the IAHC was because they have reserved
it for Peru.
