No subject

from our conf file:
 
     # TEMPORARY FOR MERIT, WILL DISSAPEAR IN APRIL 1995
     ATTR    lr      local-route

apparently, the author disappeared before the entry.  No routes
in the RADB use this route.  It is no longer supported in the RADB.
