Dear Colleagues,

The RIPE NCC has released version 1.4.99.14 of libbgpdump, the library
that reads RIS raw data files.

The following new features have been added in this version:
- Support for parsing MRT Type 5 (BGP) messages produced by earlier
versions of Quagga/Zebra in the RIS raw data archives

Various minor fixes include:
- Fix for corruption at the end of bgpdump output
- Updated the maximum permitted prefixes handled in a single BGP update
message to match the RFC spec
- Fix for crashes in int2str handling

There will be another release shortly, combining some additional
features and fixes for some other reported issues.

Development of libbgpdump takes place on the Bitbucket repository:
https://bitbucket.org/ripencc/bgpdump/

Please submit any bug reports and/or patches via the Bitbucket issue
