bgpdump development moving to bitbucket

Dear colleagues,

Until recently, the RIPE NCC has taken sole responsibility for maintaining the libbgpdump tool because it forms an essential part of the RIPE NCC's Routing Information Service (RIS).

Now that libbgpdump now has a broader user base than just RIS users, we will export libbgpdump to:

  https://bitbucket.org/ripencc/bgpdump

This will enable full support for non-RIS use of  libbgpdump and will allow more active and transparent community involvement in the libbgpdump development process. It will also make it easier for end users to submit patches, file bug reports, and to interact with each other.

We also thank you for the various user contributions we have received for libbgpdump in the form of patches and bug reports over the last years.
