draft agenda

Below is the draft agenda for the local-ir working group:

1.  Review of the draft document describing 193 in-addr procedures.    
    (ref: ripe-draft-in-addr-procedures-v1.4.txt)

2.  Review of the "hints" supporting notes for organisation requesting 
    IP numbers.
    (ref: ripe-draft-hints-v1.txt)

3.  Funding paper (ref: ripe-84).  This may also be scheduled at a 
    different session depending on time constraints.   

The session is expected to last approximately 90 minutes.
