[ripe-list] Announcing RIPE DNS Resolver BCP Task Force

Hi Liman,

Many thanks for your interest and for volunteering ;-)

This proposed charter was developed together with those community
members who initially came up with the idea for the task force.
Typically a task force charter is reviewed and adjusted by the members
of the task force before the task force starts its work.

I suggest we wait until we have gathered a number of volunteers and then
get together to look at the charter. In the meantime, please feel free
to contact me directly with any ideas you might have.
