The page links to a document describing the requirements.

Improvement suggestions are as always welcome.

As to the particular requirements for the upcoming meeting in Dubai, UAE,
the requirements were not know to us, nor the local host at the time the
decision was made. It would definitely been taken into consideration had it
been known.
