You receive an early bird discount of EUR 50 if your payment is received before 1 October 2005. Pre-payment of the meeting fee is possible by bank transfer or online payment by credit card. All online credit card payments are secured. This document formally describes the policy development process. The updated process is operational from today, 1 September 2005. A new RIPE web page describes all the active policy proposals and their status. Each proposal has a page showing its history, status and all supporting documentation. This page can be found at: http://www.ripe.net/ripe/policies/proposals/index.html A new mailing list has been created for announcing policy proposals and tracking them through the policy development process. In particular our monitoring has detected no interruption in service and no shifting of traffic to other anycast instances of K.
