RIPE 50 will be held 2-6 May, 2005 at the Clarion Hotel in Stockholm, Sweden. REGISTRATION To register for RIPE 50, please go to the registration page at: https://lirportal.ripe.net/lirportal/meeting/register/3 MEETING FEE The registration fee of EUR 400 covers the full RIPE Meeting week. You receive a EUR 50 discount if your payment is received before 12:00 CET on 29 April 2005. Prepayment of the meeting fee is possible by bank transfer or online payment by credit card. All online credit card payments are secured. During the meeting, payment is possible by credit card or cash only. DAY TICKETS Day tickets for RIPE Meetings are being introduced at RIPE 50. Day tickets are valid for one day only. They can be purchased in advance through our online registration system, or onsite at the Registration Desk. Day tickets cost EUR 125 per day. MEETING PLAN At RIPE 50 we introduce a modified meeting plan. All presentations that were previously held in the EOF and the various Working Group meetings will now be combined into one stream of presentations during the first three days of RIPE 50. The last two days will be dedicated to the Working Group meetings that will have a better focus on actual work items. The program of the first three days will include presentations on: - new developments in BGP deployment - measurements of Internet performance parameters - IPv6 deployment - Internet security practises - reports on political developments such as WSIS - and many more The program will be published on the website as it develops.
