The set of people described above is quite large, and not necessarily well-bound. There should indeed be a representative from each of those committees on the NomCom, but I think the bulk should come via some other method, whether it’s randomly selected people from a large pool (a la IETF) or the sender of the sixth message to members-discuss on each full moon. Otherwise, I support Filiz’ suggestion.
