[atlas] APIs for accessing DNSMON data

No need for a specific API. Since DNSMON use Atlas, you just use the
regular Atlas API.

Same thing for us and we calculate the application of our SLAs from
DNSMON data, downloaded, parsed (with Python) and presented as a nice
spreadsheet to the relevant stakeholders.
