[atlas] Geographic Selection of Probe

No, it is possible only at country level in the wizard.

Sorry, that feature was re-enabled recently, and the auto-suggestion for the “area” selection it is not deployed yet.
But it works and the values are the same of the API, documented here: https://atlas.ripe.net/docs/measurement-creation-api/ (under Probes/area)
