[atlas] Include country code in UDM "Last 100"

Hi Adam, Indeed, tagging results with the country code would be helpful to get through the large data table. Thank you for bright idea! I do not think that excluding probes from the measurement will be added into our priority list very soon, but instead we are working on API for creating new measurements, where you will get all the flexibility you can imagine.
