[RIPE Atlas Ambassadors] RIPE Atlas distribution update June 2016

Dear RIPE Atlas Ambassador, 

We are reducing RIPE Atlas probe distribution while we look at our supply chain and investigate ways of improving probe reliability. 

This means that in the coming weeks we will send fewer probes to RIPE Atlas ambassadors. We are choosing to do this now because it corresponds with the slowing down of business in the summer period. We hope that this does not have much impact on you. 

Keep an eye on your inbox in September for an update from us. 

Of course you can always contact <atlas at ripe.net <mailto:atlas at ripe.net>> if you are attending a conference in a location that still has very low RIPE Atlas coverage. The requirements are still the same, fifty percent of your probes should already be online before we can send out a new batch.
