patch for prtraceroute

Dear all,

I just fixed a problem in prtraceroute that can happen when your
connection to the whois database is timed-out but the software doesn't
know about it.

New sources available at:

ftp://ftp.ripe.net/pride/tools/prtraceroute-2.0beta3.shar.gz

(This also includes a not announced patch from Daniel Karrenberg!)
