Dear Colleagues,
The proposal 2012-03, "Intra-RIR transfer policy proposal" has been
withdrawn.
It is now archived and can be found at:
https://www.ripe.net/ripe/policies/archived-policy-proposals/proposals/2012-03
Reason for withdrawal: The proposer was against needs justification and had
initially proposed a 24 month justification period out of a desire for
compatibility with the policies of other RIRs. The proposer views the ongoing
policy proposal 2013-03 "No Need - Post-Depletion Reality Adjustment and
Cleanup" as being more in line with their views. As a consequence, the proposer
has withdrawn the proposal.
